About the Run

“No Human is limited”

-Eliud Kipchoge, First Sub-2 Hour Marathon Runner

“Don’t forget to stop and smell the roses.” -Claudia Baker.

My mom made a good point. In running and in life, you’ve got to stop for a minute and enjoy what’s around you.

This applies to running and life. You have to stop on your run and take in what’s around you. Take in the sounds, scenery, and feel the energy around you.

Be surrounded by positive energy everyday, and always make yourself laugh everyday. That, along with a little run everyday, will turn your world around.

This blog will feature runs, races, and different segments concerning running, especially at Webster.
